For our authentic Chili Colorado, our Executive Chef hand picks perfect cuts of grass-fed beef and then methodically seasons each inch so that every bite is infused with flavor. Next, these prime cuts are slow simmered in blend of grass-fed beef bone broth, dried ancho chili peppers, tomatoes and a bouquet of authentic Mexican herbs and spice. Remember what we said about time? Well, each cut of prime, grass-fed beef you receive has been slowed cooked for at least 12 hours.
To compliment the subtle heat of our chili we have partnered it with a saffron-infused jasmine rice. This is truly a hearty dish that proves great things come from having patience.
