There’s nothing more comforting than a bowl of beef stew. The warmth and aroma, complex flavors, and tender veggies and bites of beef that just melt in your mouth. This stew is all of that and so much more.

First, our chefs sear grass-fed beef, while sauteing carrots, onion, and celery to prepare them for the kettle. There, we’ll simmer it all for hours with fresh herbs, Worchestershire sauce, and red wine. Once everything’s perfectly tender, we thicken the sauce and add green peas, coconut aminos, and Dijon mustard for an extra kick of flavor.

We round out the meal with a side of roasted red potatoes and turnips, tossed with fresh rosemary and thyme, then topped with parsley. It’s everything a Sunday supper should be, ready to enjoy in minutes any day of the week.
